Nate Dickerson, President

Nate Dickerson enjoyed a fifteen-year career at The Chase Manhattan Bank, NA, prior to cofounding DKG. Mr. Dickerson's career at Chase included extensive involvement in domestic and international debt restructuring as well as the high yield (fixed income) securities market. Mr. Dickerson has considerable experience in lending to and investing in the mining, capital goods, paper, cable, and textile and apparel industries. While at Chase Mr. Dickerson assumed a managerial position in Chase's Credit Training Program, where he taught risk management to associates and customers of the Bank and developed training material and case studies. His training design and instructional skills have been honed on scores of training seminars conducted for such organizations as RMA, the American Institute of Banking and the National Bankers Association, in addition to DKG designed and delivered training programs.

He has provided advisory services within the emerging markets involving enterprise restructuring, corporate governance, risk management, loan assessment, institutional and industry assessments, and organizational design and human resource management. For more than eighteen years, Mr. Dickerson has designed and delivered training programs for professionals involved with lending to, investing in, and providing technical assistance to financial institutions serving the small and medium enterprise (SME) and microentrepreneur markets.

He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School, with a concentration in international finance and management information science, and a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University, with a major in philosophy.

Leigh Knight, Managing Director

Leigh Knight enjoyed a fifteen-year career in the commercial banking, which included positions as Vice President and Client Executive at The Chase Manhattan Bank, NA and the First National Bank of Chicago. His responsibilities have included providing corporate financial advisory and financing services to companies in the chemical, construction, energy, paper, capital goods, pharmaceutical and food, beverage and tobacco industries. He has originated syndicated revolving credits facilities, arranged interest and currency swaps, and has advised on project finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions for Fortune 100 clients of both institutions. Within the emerging markets he has provided advisory services involving enterprise restructuring, privatization, corporate governance, capital markets development and reform, shareholders/creditors rights, bankruptcy, enterprise valuations, and financial markets training.

Mr. Knight has also designed and delivered risk management training to financial professionals and institutions in the urban, rural, and Native American communities. Mr. Knight is on the faculty of the University of Phoenix On-line where he teaches courses on Cross Cultural Considerations for International Managers; Global Business Organizations and Culture; and Organizational Leadership and Change Management.

He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School, with a concentration in corporate finance, and a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University, with a major in psychology.
